These terms govern your use of wallcult.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them.

 

About us

WallCult sells made-to-order art prints and is based at 337, G Block, Rehmanpura, Lahore 54000, Pakistan.

 

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. We may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced, where we cannot verify your details, or where an address has a history of refused deliveries. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.

 

Products and colour

Because every piece is printed to order, minor variation in colour, trim and wood grain is normal. Screens display colour differently, so the print you receive may not match your screen exactly. This is not a defect.

 

Intellectual property

All artwork, text and images on this site are owned by WallCult or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or resold. Prints are sold for personal, non-commercial display only. If you believe any listing infringes your rights, email usama@wallcult.com and we will review and remove it promptly.

 

Custom orders

If you upload your own image, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you accept responsibility for that. Custom orders are prepaid and cannot be cancelled once printing begins.

 

Delivery, returns and refunds

See our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

 

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

 

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
