Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, nationwide. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
How long will my order take?
We print and pack within 2 to 3 working days. After dispatch it is 1 to 2 days to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan, and 2 to 4 days elsewhere.
What sizes do you offer?
Three. S is A3 (297 x 420 mm), M is A2 (420 x 594 mm), and L is A1 (594 x 841 mm). A3 suits a desk or study nook, A2 works above a bed or sofa, A1 is a statement piece.
Does it come framed?
Not with a traditional frame. Each print ships with a two-piece wooden hanger that clamps the top and bottom edges, plus a cord to hang it from. No glass, no drilling, no wall anchors.
What is the print quality?
200gsm matte art paper at 300 DPI. Matte, so there is no glare under room lighting.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
Close, but not exact. Screens emit light and paper reflects it, so prints usually look slightly deeper. Minor variation is normal and is not a defect.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes. Send us your image at usama@wallcult.com. Custom orders are prepaid and cannot be cancelled once printing starts. You need to own the image or have permission to use it.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel and the print, then email us within 48 hours. We reprint and reship at no cost.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Every piece is printed specifically for your order, so there is nothing to restock. You can cancel free of charge before printing starts.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. International delivery is coming.
