Refund policy

Every WallCult print is made to order, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item or size, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at usama@wallcult.com with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will reprint and reship at no cost, or issue a full refund.

 

Refused and undelivered orders

Cash on delivery orders that are refused at the door, or that cannot be delivered after three attempts, are returned to us. Repeated refusals may mean future orders from the same address require advance payment.

 

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge before your order enters production. Once printing has started we cannot cancel it, because each piece is made specifically for you.

 

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
